Jeff Feith received his black belt in Taekwondo in 1998. He has since studied Chin Na Kung Fu and most recently Krav Maga since 2005.

Taekwondo is mostly kicking and point sparring techniques. In this photo I am standing with my instructor taken in 1998.

Chin Na is joint locking techniques like Aikido or Hapkido.

Krav Maga is no rules combat.

All of these styles are great fun and interesting to study but they are very different.

Stylish Samba's... daddy loves them! No cushioning at all but you can feel the ground thru their soles. They provide lots of traction and it's not easy to roll your foot and twist your ankle like some of the other sneakers I've had. Wearing them around casually but will use them for Krav Maga workouts when my current sneakers fall apart.
